Fletcher Landhotel De Borken

Na de verbouwing een wereld van verschil in eten en beleving. De bekende Fletcher kaart en de prima kwaliteit.

Vorige week gegeten bij De Borken, het restaurant van het gelijknamige Fletcher hotel in Lhee. Een rustiek dorp in Drenthe met een rijk boerenleven.Deze boerenhistorie bepaalt ook de aankleding en sfeerbeschrijving het restaurant. We werden gastvrij ontvangen, daarna werd het al snel te druk en was geen tijd meer voor een persoonlijke touch aan tafel.Het eten was op zich goed maar daarmee was ook alles gezegd. De bestelde warme appelgebak voor bij de koffie, werd nadat de koffie genuttigd was, alsnog koud geserveerd.  Jammer.

Last week eaten at De Borken, the restaurant of the Fletcher hotel in Lhee. A rustic village in Drenthe with a rich farm life.This farmer history also determines the clothing and atmosphere of the restaurant. We were welcomed, then it was fast too busy and no longer was time for a personal touch at the table.The food was good on its own but with it was also said everything. The hot apple cake ordered for the coffee was served cold after the coffee was used.

Prima service door vriendelijk personeel. Helaas gare droge tonijn als voorgerecht en in plaats van dun gesneden had ik rechthoekige blokjes. De roodbaars daarentegen was hoed op smaak en mocht gaar zijn. Jammer genoeg wel weer met overgare groenten erbij en droge aardappel partjes. Fijne rustige locatie.

The good service by friendly staff, unfortunately, the dry tuna was a preference and instead of thin cut, I had rectangular blocks, but the reds were a hat for taste and may be a bit rough. Unfortunately, with overflowed vegetables and dry potato parts.
